We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm the day they are received. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. Our checkout system will alert you to products not in stock and where known, will advise you of when new stock is due.

As our shipping rates are calculated on the exact weight of your order, they will not be displayed until the checkout stage.

UK 1st Class: aims to deliver by the next working day.

UK Special Delivery: guaranteed by 1pm next working day and up to £500 compensation for loss or damage

UK Courier - NEXT WORKING DAY: We will only ship with a courier if the order is too large to ship Royal Mail or is heaver than 3kg - provides full insurance and a guarantee of delivery the next day by 18:00 providing the product is in stock. You will need to be present to receive the delivery.

EU Airmail: aims to deliver within 3 working days.

EU Airmail Signed for: as EU Airmail but requires signature on delivery.

EU Courier - 3 DAY: provides full insurance and a guarantee of delivery in three day's time. You will need to be present to receive the delivery. This service is available for all EU destinations.

We reserve the right not to deliver to differing card and shipping addresses for first time buyers.

Warranty and Returns: Unless specified, all our products are supplied brand new. Products must be sent back in their original packaging and with sufficient protection (such as foam or bubble-wrap) to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for use of an insured delivery service that covers the total cost of the item, as liability for loss or damage during transit lies with the customer.

Distance Selling Regulations: You are allowed by UK law to have a 7-day "cooling off" period, this is to allow you to change your mind after purchasing but before opening and using the product. You can return the goods unused in "as new" condition for a full refund. see DTI Regulations
